Terms and Conditions

A) General Terms

• The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
• All product prices displayed on this website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
• All product images are for reference only; the actual product shall prevail.
• Product availability is subject to market conditions. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
• In the event of human or system error regarding prices or details, the Company reserves the right to correct the error and cancel affected orders.
• Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor (under 18) in the course of business. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above.

B) Account Registration

• When registering a membership, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and shall be fully liable for all activities under your account.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms and Conditions.

C) Damaged Goods & Delivery Liability

Customers must inspect the condition and quantity of the goods immediately upon delivery.

Once the goods are signed for and accepted, they are deemed to be in good condition. The Company shall not be held liable for any subsequent damage or loss.

D) Return and Exchange Guarantee

• Goods are eligible for exchange with items of equivalent value only.
• Goods are generally non-refundable except for specific cases confirmed and accepted by the Company.
• Customers who wish to return or exchange goods must contact our Customer Service via hotline at +852 2893 0831 or WhatsApp within 24 hours from the delivery date. Late applications will not be processed.
• The Company promises to complete internal processing within 3 business days once approved. The actual time required for the credit to reflect in your account is subject to your bank or payment platform (typically 7 to 14 business days).

E) Ownership

The ownership and risks of the goods shall transfer to the customer once the goods are delivered to the designated address and signed for.

F) Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, fire, flood, accidents, riots, war, government policies, strikes, or severe weather (such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning).

G) Right of Final Decision

Fine Foods Online reserves the right of final decision on all return, exchange requests, and disputes.

H) Payment Methods
