Pleasecheck the condition of all products being delivered, when receiving theproducts.
Report toDelivery Staff and refuse the products if any quality issue is found.
If any qualityissue is found, please report to our customer service within 3 days and we willexchange or refund the product.
1. Exchange is only available when a validoriginal receipt is provided.
2. If product refund or exchange is required dueto quality issue, please retain all packing materials and ensure the product(s)is stored in a correct condition,
-Chilled Foods must be placed in a 0-4°C refrigerator
- Frozen Foods must be placed in a -18°C freezer compartment of refrigerator
3. In the event of qualityissue relating to the product(s), please contact us within 3 days from the dateof delivery to arrange for product to be returned or replaced.
After receiving the item, we will arrangerefund/ exchange within 5 business days.
We will refund the money via themethod of payment (subject to credit card payment center processing time)
