1.Delivery Time: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 11:00 – 18:00.

2.You will be contacted by our Customer Service Representative within 2 working days, once your order has been confirmed.

3.Goods will be delivered within 7 working days from the day of ordering.

4.We offer FREE delivery (to single location only) for purchases over HK$600 before using promotion code.

5.For orders under HK$600 before using promotion code, a delivery charge of HK$100 per each order will apply.

6.NO delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday.

Special Delivery Arrangement

1.Due to the traffic control at Ma Wan, delivery services are only available from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.

2.Due to the traffic control at Big Wave Bay Village and Shek O, you must collect deliveries at designated location(s).

3.Delivery services are not available for areas where our delivery vehicles cannot reach directly nor buildings without a functioning lift to 3rd floor or above.

4.Whenever there is shortage of any specific goods, FFO reserves the right to cancel the order.

5.Whenever there is any changes of any specific goods’ quantity, FFO will inform you before the goods delivered.

Adverse Weather Arrangement

Delivery services will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. In this event you will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

General

1.It is recommended to receive the delivery in person. FFO is not responsible for any losses and damages for leaving the goods outdoor.

2. Pets must be leashed or away from the door way during the delivery.

3. We may revise the above terms and conditions without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the company's determination shall be final.
