1. Time Limit for Requests
Customers must inspect the condition and quantity of the goods immediately upon delivery.
You must contact our Customer Service via hotline at +852 2893 0831 or WhatsApp within 24 hours from the delivery date.
*Late applications will not be processed.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Goods must be in brand new, unopened condition.
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and valid purchase receipts must be kept.
- Due to food safety regulations, opened, consumed, or improperly stored items cannot be returned.
- Goods are eligible for exchange with items of equivalent value only.
3. Refund and Replacement Processing Time
Once approved, we promise to complete our internal processing within 3 business days.
Refund: The 3-day period refers strictly to our internal processing time. The actual credit time is subject to your bank or payment platform (typically 7 to 14 business days).
4. Right of Final Decision
Fine Foods Online reserves the right of final decision on all return and exchange requests.
